Video Presentation Guidelines

 

  1. The submission portal will accept a maximum of 1 video abstract per author
  2. Format of video: MP4/AVI (of good quality)
  3. Length of the video should not be more than 6 mins.
  4. The video should compulsorily have a voice over explaining the video presentation, the authors who will be present at the podium / virtual platform during their video presentation will not be allowed to comment or gesture in any form or use a pointer.
  5. The videos need not be sent to the scientific committee prior to the conference. The videos can be carried by the presenting authors and handed over to the preview room 3 hours prior to the session. If the video session is scheduled on or before 11 am, it is advised to submit the video in the preview room one day prior to the session.
  6. In order to be eligible for award the presenting author should be the Chief/Main author of that video and should be a ratified BOA member at time of presentation and should be present at the podium/virtual platform at time of the video presentation.
  7. Revealing the identity or institution anywhere in the Abstract will automatically disqualify the video
  8. Certificate of video presentation will be issued only to the Chief/Main author
  9. The Scientific committee reserves the right to withdraw/disqualify the video presentation at any time.
